The mount provides a very handy step with many uses.
The product is rotomoulded from the same UV stabilised linear low density polyethylene used in the cavaletti ends and poles, providing excellent durability and weatherability in Australia’s sometimes extreme temperature and UV radiation conditions.
The mount provides respite from strain to both rider and horse; additionally there is no pressure on the rider to maintain balance on an unsteady or uneven mounting surface and there are no sharp corners to hurt nervous mounts. As can be seen in the image on the right, non-skid tread is moulded into the horizontal surfaces and a circular cut-out in the wall aids handling.
