FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders above $150 is automatically applied at checkout for all level 1 shipping items.
Due to the recent rise in postage costs our postage costs have been raised to keep in line with the current costs of this time. We thank you for your understanding.
Free shipping only applies to products from the level 1 shipping group.
- Flat rate level 1 shipping $13.95 on all orders Australia wide
- Flat rate level 1 express shipping $21.95
- Flat rate Level 2 shipping $18.95, plus $5 for any additional items in that group
- Flat rate Level 3 shipping $29.95
- Flat rate Level 4 shipping $59.95
- We aim to have all orders shipped on the same business day
- All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day
- Please allow for extra processing time during sale periods
Our shipping rates are divided into 4 categories. Level 1 Shipping, Level 2 Shipping, Level 3 Shipping and Level 4 Shipping.
These rates are an approximate median price of shipping costs for those items based on weight, size and the necessary packaging to ship those items.
Level 1 - Standard Shipping - $13.95
Our Level 1 Shipping rate applies to any item that can be sent in Australia Post satchels ranging from small to large.
Level 2 Shipping - $18.95
Level 2 Shipping rate applies to items that may fit in an XL Australia Post satchel or must be wrapped. Level 2 Shipping mainly consists of rugs and items that must be sent in a small box like boots. If you wish to order multiple items from this shipping group it will cost an extra $5 per item.
Level 3 Shipping - $29.95
Level 3 Shipping applies to products that may be large and unusual sizes or items that need to be shipped in a box. These items often times may need to be sent by a different courier than Australia Post. Level 3 Shipping includes products like Akubras, feed buckets, pooper scoopers, small saddle stands and pony pads.
Level 4 Shipping - $59.95
Level 4 Shipping applies to extra large and bulky items that may need to be sent in a large box or organised with a different courier to Australia Post. These items mostly consist of saddles and saddle trollies/stands.
