Trial Terms

All second hand saddle orders via the The Trading Stables Second Hand Saddle website, paid by credit card or bank transfer with a delivery address within Australia automatically qualify for the trial.

1. Saddle must be returned in the condition it was received.

2. Whilst on trial the second hand saddle is the buyer's full responsibility.

3. The trial begins on the day you receive your saddle as recorded by the shipping company or for local customers on the day you collected the saddle from The Trading Stables. If a parcel is redirected or left uncollected either at the post office or at The Trading Stables for more than 7 days the Trial period will be forfeited.

4. The trial ends on the 7th day . For example if received on a Friday it must be registered to return by 5.30 pm EST Thursday .

5. Saddles must be shipped /returned at your expense ( local customers can return in person. ) Saddles must be packed/shipped and returned in the same packaging /padding as you received the saddle . Please contact us for any further clarification.

6. All returned saddles incur a return fee of $100.  This fee is deducted from ALL refunds - including saddles returned in person. (Unless saddle was picked up and returned in person involving no shipping)

7. The saddle must be returned in its original condition and clean with any mounts included. Dirty saddles will incur a $50 cleaning fee. (Use saddle soap and clean soft damp cloth.)

8. The Trading Stables reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of saddles that are not returned in the same condition that they were shipped in .

9. If  you have decided to return a saddle you must submit the return via the second hand saddle return form on The Trading Stables website by close of business on the last day (day 7) of your trial. 

Purchasing any saddle from The Trading Stables implies acceptance of these terms.
